Material:Stainless Steel / Aluminum Alloy
Application:Wear-Resistant & Decorative Components
Chrome plating creates a bright, highly reflective metallic surface while providing enhanced surface hardness, wear resistance and corrosion protection. It is suitable for components requiring both functional durability and a high-quality metallic appearance.
Brushing
Surface Treatment:Brushing
Material:Aluminum Alloy / Stainless Steel
Application:Equipment Housings & Precision Components
Brushing creates a controlled directional surface texture while providing an even protective finish. The process is suitable for equipment housings, precision components and parts requiring a consistent visual appearance and localized surface protection.

Our Surface Treatment Facilities
Ultrasonic Oxidation Cleaning Line
The ultrasonic oxidation cleaning line combines ultrasonic technology with cleaning processes to deeply remove oil, particles, and machining residues from component surfaces, providing a clean and stable surface for subsequent oxidation and surface treatment. It is suitable for aluminum alloy parts and various precision structural components, and can be used as a pre-treatment process for aerospace parts, precision mechanical parts, equipment housings, and similar products, improving the consistency and reliability of subsequent surface treatment.
There are 19 treatment tanks in total.
Each tank size is: 4.5 m × 4.5 m × 2.5 m.
Heat Treatment Equipment
Heat treatment equipment is used to regulate the internal structure and mechanical properties of different metal materials and parts through processes such as heating, soaking, and cooling, according to material types and performance requirements. It can be used to improve the properties of aluminum alloy and other metal components, helping enhance strength, hardness, stability, and service performance. It is suitable for aerospace structural parts, precision mechanical parts, and high-requirement structural components.
Stress-relief heat treatment aging furnace: 4.5 m × 4.5 m × 1.6 m
Temperature range: 0°C to 400°C
Liquid Nitrogen Cryogenic Treatment Equipment
Liquid nitrogen cryogenic treatment equipment uses liquid nitrogen to create an ultra-low-temperature environment for deep cryogenic treatment of metal parts, further improving internal material structure and dimensional stability. By properly controlling treatment temperature and process time, residual stress in some parts can be reduced while improving wear resistance and long-term dimensional stability. It is suitable for precision mechanical parts, aerospace structural parts, and metal components requiring high stability.
Deep cryogenic treatment furnace
Size: 5 m × 4 m × 3 m
Load capacity: 10,000 kg
Temperature range: -196°C to 0°C

What Our Customers Say
Nothing is more convincing than customer satisfaction.Read testimonials from our valued partners to see how we meet their unique needs with precision and excellence.
Emily Johnson(Head of Purchasing)
We have relatively high requirements for surface quality and consistency of parts. Laiku has maintained a smooth connection between machining and surface treatment, and the delivered parts showed stable surface conditions. The overall results met our project requirements.
Sophia Williams(Project Manager)
The structure of this batch of parts was relatively complex, with clear requirements for both dimensions and surface treatment. During the early communication stage, Laiku was able to confirm details based on the part structure and drawing requirements, and the final delivered products showed stable overall quality.
Michael Anderson(Technical Director)
From drawing confirmation to machining, surface treatment, and final delivery, Laiku’s communication was timely. For some special surface treatment requirements, they were also able to confirm them in advance, which reduced rework and communication costs later.
David Wilson(Supply Chain Manager)
In the past, we had to coordinate separately with machining suppliers and surface treatment suppliers, which made project coordination rather cumbersome. Laiku can coordinate precision machining with subsequent surface treatment, which is much more convenient for customized parts projects like ours.
FAQs
Will surface treatment affect part dimensions?
Yes. Processes such as anodizing and electroless plating form a coating layer on the part surface, which may affect hole diameters, shaft diameters, threads, and fit dimensions. For precision parts, process evaluation should be carried out before machining.
What surface treatments are commonly used for aluminum alloy?
Common options include standard anodizing, hard anodizing, and colored anodizing. The specific solution should be confirmed based on the aluminum alloy grade and customer requirements.
Can stainless steel parts undergo surface treatment?
Yes. Stainless steel parts can undergo various surface treatments. Depending on the material, service environment, and functional requirements, processes such as polishing, sandblasting, nickel plating, and chrome plating can be selected to improve surface finish, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and appearance.
What information should be provided before surface treatment?
It is recommended to provide: 2D/3D drawings, material grade, quantity, surface treatment requirements, coating thickness requirements, color requirements, critical dimensions, etc.
Can parts still be machined after surface treatment?
Generally, it is not recommended. If certain areas still require machining afterward, the process sequence and machining allowance should be clearly defined in advance.
Can you perform surface treatment according to customer-specified standards?
Yes. We can evaluate the process based on project requirements and match the appropriate treatment solution according to the drawings, technical specifications, and quality requirements provided by the customer.
Why is cleaning required before surface treatment?
After machining, part surfaces may contain oil, particles, and machining residues. Cleaning and pre-treatment can improve surface cleanliness and provide a more stable foundation for subsequent treatments such as anodizing and nickel plating, helping ensure the final treatment quality.
How is quality inspection carried out after surface treatment?
According to the part requirements and customer technical specifications, corresponding inspections are performed after treatment, including appearance, critical dimensions, coating or plating condition, surface roughness, color, and other specified items, to ensure the product meets drawings and technical requirements.
